First and foremost, our servers are for ALL players to enjoy! Behavior in Ventrilo While in Ventrilo Please… Compliment | Laugh | Be Positive | Respect Members and Guests Keep Complaining | Whining | Negativity to a Minimum Do not Belittle | Threaten | Intimidate Members and Guests Do not “Ghost” Players and Broadcast In-Game Positions Failure to follow these rules will result in a Warning | Kick | Ban Server Code of Conduct 1. Cheating, exploiting, glitching, stats padding, or intentional team killing is grounds for immediate dismissal and ban from servers. If you enjoy finding the glitch spots on maps, do so in a private, locked server and temporarily remove your clan tags. Using these spots during a live game on any of our non-modified servers is deemed to be cheating. 2. Keep the language clean at all times on the game servers. In Ventrilo, casual swearing is permitted. Excessively crude or belligerent language will not be tolerated. Foul language directed specifically at any player with the intention to insult is unacceptable. 3. After being killed in-game, avoid “ghosting” other players. Examples of ghosting include 1) directing a player’s attention to an opposing player’s position based on first-person view while waiting for re-spawn or 2) revealing the position(s) of other enemies based solely on a kill-cam replay. Ghosting does not include 1) sharing information gathered while alive (e.g. visual contact, hearing a sound, etc.), or 2) communicating the position of an opposing player that eliminated you. 4. If you suspect anyone of cheating, notify an Admin online or via email. Do not confront the player in-game. Again, take screenshots or a recording, if possible. Any Member may also check or request an Admin to check Punk Buster screenshots for any player on our servers. Without proof, we do not accuse! 5. Ensure that in-game teams are fair. We will overturn a ban if deemed wrong or unfair. -=TWG=- Admins take pride in offering and upholding our respectful gaming environment. Member Code of Conduct 1. We fight with honor at all times and treat others with respect. We strive to set good examples and ensure guests feel welcome in our servers. Always treat Members and guests with the utmost respect. If and when a disagreement does arise, take the dispute to another channel and at least agree to disagree.
2. If another player engages in dishonorable behavior, try and deescalate the situation by simply asking them to stop. If the objectionable behavior continues, Admins can be called on to make a decision. If an Admin is not readily available, take note of the individual’s name and infraction and make a post in the chat box or forums. Take screenshots or a recording, if possible. 3.
